Preferred two consecutive week rentals. ----The home is filled with natural light and located and very peaceful on a dead end road. It has a large back yard with a hammock to read in and lovely outdoor decks for dining grilling relaxing and bonding. This home has 4 bedrooms and two and one half bath. There are five mini-splits for A/C that cool the entire home. There is one television located in the loft area with a cable for streaming internet so you are able to watch things on Netflex/Hulu. The fireplace is not for Tenants use. The Homeowners thoughtfully have the yard sprayed by Pure Solutions- Organic tick & mosquito repellent - Done every three weeks. You can enjoy Beach Passes to some of Martha's Vineyards most beautiful beaches! Resident beach parking stickers are for use by residents and their renters only. Resident beach parking stickers are required for anyone wishing to park at Squibnocket Beach or Lucy Vincent Beach. Enjoy your stay!
