A great location, convenient to downtown Vineyard Haven shopping and eateries, like Black Dog Tavern and Bakery, Waterside Market, The Net Result, Salvatore's Ristorante Italiano, Cronig’s Market, and the fabulous Garde East, etc. A 1.25 mile walk to the ferry, and if you want to bask in the sun and take in the water sports, there is Owen Park Beach, Tisbury Town Beach, and Lake Tashmoo.
This house is centrally located to all island attractions; 4.2 miles from Oak Bluffs where you'll find the Back Door Donuts, Town Beach, Jaws Bridge, Flying Horses, The Strand Theatre, The Lookout Tavern, etc. and it is 8.5 miles to Edgartown shopping, restaurants like Alchemy, Atria, Bad Martha Farmer's Brewery, and 19 Oyster Bar. You can also take a ride over to Chappaquiddick by boarding the On Time Ferry from Daggett Avenue, and on sunny days there is the famous Katama Beach/South Beach.
If you are looking for more adventures, you are 16 miles from the end of the island in Aquinnah and don't forget to stop over in the nearby towns like Chilmark where there is the Chilmark General Store and the Chilmark Tavern (seasonal) and in Menemsha, there is The Homeport Restaurant & Oyster Bar (seasonal) on your way there.
