We have the rare (in Oak Bluffs) benefit of being buffered by a generous lawn; so you can enjoy all the beach-going and socializing of Inkwell Beach and the Ocean Park area, but we are set back a little, with more breathing room. Inside you'll find wide-plank pine floors, a kitchen with a cook's view to the sea, and pro-style appliances including: dishwasher, gas range, French door refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water, and a full-sized washer/dryer set apart in its own laundry room. There's a back entrance here, off the wraparound porch, for easy access to, and from, the enclosed outdoor shower (outdoor shower is in addition to subway tile/glass door indoor shower). There is a king-size bed in a larger than usual (for OB) master BR. Plentiful seating inside at a large table as well as at bar stools at the butcher-block topped island/bar area, as well as the spacious, level, wraparound porch (3-sided).
